Dear friend, the TEAR's Russia national Christmas art contest among orphan children isn't only imporoving their art skills, but changing their hearts and souls. On MARCH 30th., 6:30 pm. ten winners from across Russia will be present at the 14th. TEAR annual event, hosted by FBC Woodstock. We want you to come and invite your family and friends.
