About Us

Tear is a small non-profit corporation that has only three paid employees: one in the United States and two in-field coordinators in Russia. The remainder of the work at the ministry is conducted by an army of Christian volunteers with a heart and calling to follow God's call to Russia.

We keep our organization small for a reason. We are not about building expensive infrastructure and bureaucracy. Instead, our sincere desire is to "pass through" every possible nickel to the advancement of the Kingdom in Russia...and specifically as it pertains to orphan children there.

All expenditures are reviewed and approved by the organization's unpaid Board Of Directors which is made up of Christian business people.
